Position Overview
The Sales Representative is a territory-facing role responsible for executing strategic growth plans, acquiring new accounts, and converting surgeons to KIC Ventures’ NANISX™ portfolio of products. This position demands a high level of initiative, relationship-building skills, and consistent execution in the field.
The Sales Representative works closely with the Territory Sales Manager to develop and manage a defined territory plan, build strong surgeon and pain management physician relationships, and ensure seamless case coverage and product adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a territory growth plan under the guidance of the Territory Sales Manager.
Identify, target, and convert new accounts while expanding product adoption within existing accounts.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with surgeons, pain management physicians, and clinical staff through consistent communication, education, and follow-up.
Organize and support Visiting Educational Training (VET) sessions and in-service programs to drive clinical confidence in NANISX™ solutions.
Partner with the Business Development Executive to deepen practice engagement and identify expansion opportunities.
Provide reliable case coverage, ensuring professional representation in the operating room and positive surgeon experiences.
Accurately manage CRM updates, sales reports, and territory tracking to ensure data integrity and pipeline visibility.

Qualifications
1–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in medical device or healthcare-related markets.
Understanding of spine anatomy, interventional pain procedures, and surgical workflows (preferred).
Track record of achieving sales targets and developing new accounts.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory and provide flexible case coverage support.
