Sales Manager– USA Spine

Location: Field-based, national remit. Florida /open for central U.S. locations
Department: Sales
Reports to: Head of Commercialization



Position Overview:

The Sales Manager will lead all U.S. field sales and operational execution for KIC Ventures’ revenue. This role is responsible for managing sales team, growing revenue, customer acquisition, account nurturing.



Key Responsibilities:


· Sales Leadership & Execution – Own sales execution, deliver monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets, management reports, sales reviews. Enforce Key Account Management discipline and customer follow-up.

· Account Management & Customer Relationships – Ensure systematic engagement, execution of account plans, and physician training. Participate in clinic and ASC visits with Sales Rep or a SET team Specialist.

· Operational Excellence & People Management – Implement standardized sales processes, KPIs, and reporting structures across all regions. enforce CRM compliance and align with marketing/finance/supply chain/training department objectives.

· Business Development & Market Expansion – Partner with hospital systems, surgeons, and distributor channels to drive adoption. Support new product launches, geographic growth, and distributor partnerships.

· Sales Execution – Deliver revenue targets and spine portfolio growth.

· Team Leadership – Build, coach, retain high-performing sales team.

· Account Penetration – Drive adoption, utilization, and share in Tier A/B accounts.

· Customer Engagement – grow KOL network and training physicians, engagement.

· Market Expansion – Support launches and entry into new high-potential accounts.

· Build new KOL partnerships and Channel partners.



Candidate Profile /Qualifications:


· Bachelor’s degree preferred (science, business, or health-related field).

· Proven leadership in managing regional/national teams.

· Track record of scaling teams in high-growth settings.

· Strong execution discipline with the ability to translate strategy into action.

· Entrepreneurial, hands-on, operationally rigorous.
