Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Investor Relations professional to help drive the next phase of growth for our private equity firm. This individual will lead efforts to close the current Series A round, raise future funds to support buyouts and exits, and assist in structuring and managing new SPV fund.
This position is ideal for a high-achieving professional ready to elevate their career — someone energized by the fundraising process and motivated to create purposeful, high-impact investment that generate both financial returns and innovation in healthcare.
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of experience in investor relations, private equity, venture capital, or wealth management.
Relevant professional Certifications ( CFA / CAIA / CFP)
Demonstrated success in raising capital from high-net-worth individuals, family offices, or institutional investors.
Experience managing or structuring SPVs, or investment funds.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills.
Broad investor network across the U.S. and internationally.
Open to frequent travel for investor meetings, events, and conferences.
(Optional but preferred) FINRA Series 7, 63, or 82 license or equivalent credential.
