Associate Manager, CEO Initiatives

Job Description:

The Associate Manager, CEO Initiatives is a dynamic role designed to support the CEO in driving key initiatives, coordinating strategic projects, and ensuring alignment with organizational priorities. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the CEO, gaining hands-on experience in strategic planning, project execution, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the CEO to manage and execute strategic initiatives that align with the company’s vision and objectives.

  • Conduct research and analysis to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making and strategic planning.

  • Support the CEO in managing cross-functional projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and outcomes are achieved.

  • Coordinate communications and follow-up actions from executive meetings, ensuring seamless execution of tasks.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams, fostering collaboration and alignment across departments.

  • Manage special projects and provide operational support to the CEO as needed.

  • Ensure all initiatives and activities are fully discussed and approved by the CEO before execution, maintaining the discipline to focus only on projects greenlighted by the CEO.

  • Work to make the impossible possible while keeping the CEO fully informed of all actions and developments.

 

Qualifications:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) (Required; must be completed by 2025 if in progress).

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and professionalism.

  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and the ability to synthesize complex information.

  • Proactive and adaptable, with a collaborative approach to working with diverse teams.

  • Must embody our core values, demonstrating resilience and high emotional intelligence.

    • High emotional intelligence means a strong ability to understand, manage, and respond appropriately to one’s own emotions as well as the emotions of others. This includes traits like self-awareness, empathy, self-regulation, and effective communication skills, ensuring emotional awareness and control in various situations.
