Position Overview

We are expanding our Commercialization and Acquisition team to focus on bringing our products to surgeons across multiple cities, hospitals,
and clinics. You will be the bridge between our company and our customers who are orthopedic surgeons and neurosurgeons in need of innovative products to better care for their patients. You will have an effective strategy for engaging surgeons and a team to support converting surgeons to customers. 


  • Love our products and introduce them to surgeons globally.

  • Working closely with head of commercialization to educate surgeons and create customers by marketing our products.

  • Keeping up with latest technologies and educating oneself of latest industry practices. Attend regular training and surgeries.

  • Engage surgeons at seminars, conferences and dinners to educate them on the benefits of our products and the LES philosophy.


  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred

  • A minimum of 5 years with a Master’s degree, 6-8 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree

  • Love to travel whenever required for business purposes.

  • Bilingual experience and international surgeon engagement experience is highly desirable.

  • Motivated and driven to succeed even when faced with setbacks.
