Brady Beauchamp serves as an Operating Partner and Head of Capital Formation for KIC Ventures. Brady joins the KIC team from Debut Biotechnology, a venture backed synthetic biology company he co-founded.  Prior to Debut, Brady was a Principal at NextWave Ventures where he focused on commercialization and monetization strategies for university born intellectual property.  Brady also held positions at Moore Venture Partners, Goldman Sachs (Private Equity) and as a warfare qualified submarine officer stationed aboard USS Jimmy Carter.  

Brady received a BS in Economics from the US Naval Academy where he continues to serve as the 2007 Class President.  He has attended non-degree coursework at the London School of Economics, Naval War College, and Harvard Business School.
